注册费用

招收ment fees are due soon after students enroll in classes. 学生可能会被退学 if their enrollment fees are not paid by the fee payment 的最后期限. 这是真的 if students enroll in a class that starts later in the semester.

双招生学生

招收ment fees are waived for K-12 dual enrolled non-CCAP students, except the $12 学生活动 & 学生代表费.

All fees are waived for CCAP students.

需要经济援助?

Need financial aid to cover your educational expenses? 申请 FAFSA or 加州梦想法案 at least 3 weeks before the payment 的最后期限 to make sure your application is processed. 

提交的截止日期 加州承诺补助金 and Veteran (VA) and Department of Rehabilitation 学生 is the Monday before the 的最后期限.

Make sure you apply for financial aid as early as possible and review the 财政援助截止日期.

Pay your tuition and fees using any of the following methods:

  1. 通过在线 学生自助服务 with a credit 卡 (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards)
  2. 邮寄一张支票
    • Make checks payable to 威尼斯人平台.
    • Mail your check to the Business Services office.
    • Make sure to include your full name, student ID number and "enrollment fees" on the 支票的主题行.
  3. In person visit our Cashier’s Office in Building B and pay with check, cash, or credit 卡.

    • Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm & 星期五上午九时至下午一时

 

退款

  • A 100% refund is given upon withdrawal during the first two weeks of the semester. 
  • No refund or credit is given after withdrawal beyond the second week of the semester.

The refund/reversal for short-term classes is based on the length of the class and the number of days per week the class meets. 

  • A 100% refund is given upon withdrawal by the 10% point. 
  • No refund is given after the withdrawal beyond the 10% point.

Note: Classes meeting fewer weeks or fewer days per week will have shorter withdrawal periods based on their 10 percent point.

A full refund will be processed for courses canceled by 威尼斯人平台 automatically after the last add/drop period.

放下或收回 from a course after the 10% point will result in the student 拖欠课程费用. 放下或收回 是不是一个自动的过程. It is the student's responsibility to drop the classes 他们没有出席. Yes, you will be dropped from ALL your courses, even if you paid for some courses. Make sure to make a payment via your 学生自助服务.

If you add classes after your initial registration, you must check your 学生自助服务 account balance and pay any additional fees before the next payment 的最后期限 or you will be dropped from all your  classes, even those you registered for earlier.
